* Reception business hours                  08:00 ~ 21:00

* Check-in time                                 15:00 ~ 21:00

* Check-out time                               08:00 ~ 11:00

(Early check-out and Late check-in arrangements could be made.)

* Free luggage keeping                                       08:00 ~ 19:00

Please confirm your arrival time and we would be highly appreciated if you could inform us whether your arrival time is after 21:00 or not.

+ PAYMENT +

* Payment upon arrival : Please complete your payment via Japanese YEN. (only Japanese currency is available.)
* Visa and Master cards are available, yet 5% extra charge shall be added. 

+ CANCELLATION POLICY +

* 100% room fare shall be charged if the cancellation date is on the accommodation day.

* 50% room fare shall be charged if the cancellation date is one day prior to the accommodation day.

* Based on the reception business hours from 08:00  ~  21:00 in Japan time.

+ AGE RESTRICTION +

* We are afraid that we could not accommodate children under 10 years old.
