To whom is Smile especially recommended?
According to our experiences, especially long-stay guests enjoy their life in Smile, and find it comfortable. We definitely recommend Smile to people who need a quiet homey accommodation!
How can I wash my clothes? Do you have a washing machine?
We have coin-operated washing machines on the rooftop of our hostel. We don't have any dryer, but there is space to dry clothes on the rooftop.
Do you sell any amenities such as shampoo, soap, towels etc. ?
We have no service of selling amenities. Please provide by yourself.
Can I rent a bicycle at your hostel?
We don't lend a bicycle, but there is a pubic rental bicycle service near our hostel. They lend you a bicycle by 200yen for 24 hours.
Can I access to the Internet with my laptop?
You can access to the Internet with free Wi-Fi (Wireless LAN) service.
Is there any convenience store near your hostel?
There are 24hr open convenience stores, 100YEN shop, super market, post office and banks near our hostel. (All are in 5 min walk.)
Do you have a curfew?
We have no curfew. However, if you come back late, please be considerate of other guests who would like to sleep.
Do you have drinking party every night?
We regularly hold party at our hostel, but not every night. Sometimes guests drink together at the living room spontaneously. Also they watch a movie together at another night. Please ask to the staff if you have any plan to do something. You are very welcome, and we help you as much as we can.
Which countries are guests from?
Our guests are from many countries such as the United States, Canada, Colombia, Uruguay, Australia, Singapore, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Thailand, Sri Lanka, India, Mongolia, the Philippines, England, France, Italy, Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Finland, Egypt etc.
Is it OK if this is my first visit to Japan?
